About the role:
We're looking for a highly skilled
Senior Workplace Strategist
to join an National, industry-leading Fit Out Business in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge on shaping the future of work for a diverse range of clients, from innovative startups to established corporations.
You'll be a key player in their design process, working alongside their sales and design teams to create transformative workplace solutions. Your work will directly address their clients' business challenges and prepare them for future trends, all while supporting the mission of delivering exceptional, tailor-made workplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pitch to Win:
Develop and lead pitch strategies, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with client objectives and showcase our unique value.
* Lead the Strategy:
Drive the development and delivery of workplace strategy from initial consultation through to project completion.
* Be a Trusted Advisor:
Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them to reimagine their workspace using data-driven insights and compelling storytelling.
* Define the Vision:
Collaborate with our design team to create project briefs and define the "why" behind each fit-out initiative.
* Analyze and Adapt:
Use business drivers, industry shifts, and workforce behaviors to inform your strategies.
* Build Relationships:
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners, becoming a go-to thought leader in the industry.
* Manage Change:
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for our clients and their employees.
* Support Growth:
Contribute to our business growth by creating thought leadership content and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven Experience:
You have a solid background in workplace strategy, ideally within Commercial Real-Estate, or Design & Build sectors.
* Client-Facing Confidence:
You're comfortable leading client presentations and stakeholder engagement sessions.
* Strategic Storyteller:
You can build a persuasive strategic narrative, supported by research, analytics, and strong business logic.
* Adaptable & Agile:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects at once.
* Clear Communicator:
You have a knack for distilling complex ideas into clear, engaging strategies.
* Collaborative Leader:
You're comfortable leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders.
* Forward-Thinker:
You can translate emerging workplace trends into actionable strategies that deliver real value.
