Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service/Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their enquiries, and promoting our products and services. Duties
* Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience from the outset
* Assist customers with product information, queries, and purchase decisions
* Promote and upsell products or services to maximise sales opportunities
* Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, products, and company policies
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, aiming for swift resolution
* Keep the sales area tidy and organised to ensure an inviting environment
* Support team members during busy periods and contribute to achieving sales targets
Experience
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Organised with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Confident in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing customer interactions professionally
