Purpose of the Job
The Senior Partner holds overall accountability for HR service delivery and customer relationships within their designated region. They are responsible for leading, developing, and supporting their team to deliver a proactive, high-quality HR advisory service aligned with customer and organisational priorities. Working closely with larger and strategic customers, the Senior Partner will take a proactive, business partnering approach that supports each Trust or school's strategic plan. The role also ensures consistency of service standards, drives a culture of ownership and collaboration through the Lead Partner team, and contributes to continuous improvement and commercial growth across EPM's HR function.
Key Responsibilities
As a trusted adviser to senior leaders, you will provide expert strategic HR insight, helping schools and Trusts navigate workforce planning, ER risk, and organisational priorities. You'll build strong, long-term relationships with key customers, offering tailored people solutions and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR support across your region.
