Administrator - Bradford - £24k - £26k

Are you an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a dedicated Office & Compliance Coordinator to support our team and help maintain the smooth running of our company operations. If you enjoy a varied role that combines customer service, administration, health & safety, and marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer all incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries politely and professionally.

* Provide quotes for jobs to support the sales team as needed.

* Follow up with customers for feedback on quotes and service.

* Save signed delivery notes against the correct job in our system as proof of delivery.

* Complete supplier questionnaires when required.

* Collaborate with Managers and Directors to maintain our ISO accreditation.

* Manage the company’s Health & Safety policies.

* Facilitate the Monthly Production Meeting and distribute minutes to keep everyone informed.

* Work with Managers/Directors to ensure machine and building maintenance is completed and documented.

* Manage stock of stationery, PPE, uniforms, and process ad hoc orders.

* Handle paperwork for new starters, including payroll details and personnel files.

* Keep HR policies and staff handbook up to date.

* Calculate and report weekly hours worked, holidays, and sick days for staff to accounts.

* Run credit checks on new customers and set up accounts.

* Assist with credit control and invoicing as needed.

* Support marketing efforts by updating the company website, social media platforms, and sending out email/postal marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

* Knowledge of health & safety legislation and procedures.

* Experience with ISO standards and audits is a plus.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

* Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
