We're looking for an experienced agency recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and working within a specialist market. If you're currently running a 360 desk and want to grow it within a global brand with strong support, we'd love to speak with you.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing Client Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across the Product Design & UX space.
Running a 360 Desk: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client briefing to candidate sourcing and offer management.
Growing Your Specialism: Become a trusted expert within the Product & UX market, advising clients and candidates alike.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Revenue Growth: Build a sustainable, profitable desk with long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For
4+ years' experience in a 360 recruitment agency role (essential).
Current experience recruiting within Product & UX (preferred).
A track record of billing and building client relationships.
Confidence in business development and client conversations.
A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
