Apex Stainless Fasteners is the UK's leading wholesale supplier of stainless steel fasteners, with over 30 years of experience working with up to 2,000 customers across 4 UK locations.
It's an exciting time to be a part of the new Marketing team, as it looks to expand into using AI, deliver new creative assets and B2B marketing campaigns more effectively. Here you will learn and grow by gaining a holistic understanding of using AI to create new marketing campaigns, generate different forms of content and creating as well as executing B2B marketing campaigns online or offline in a more effective and efficient way through AI solutions.
As a AI Business Solutions Marketing Apprentice your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Work in close support with the eCommerce & Marketing Manager, Apex suppliers and vendors.
* Work in the project team to deliver AI business solutions, which will be a combination of tools and applications.
* Use more traditional B2B marketing methods to drive engagement with existing customers, such as email marketing and social media campaigns with associated AI plug ins.
* Ensure that we use AI tools to process data that meets specific standards, such as product information, photography, graphic design, editorial copy, and brand guidelines.
* Support using AI agents in delivery of content for trade media advertising campaigns, exhibitions and digital campaigns.
* Maintain Apex customer touchpoints across various channels. This will be through the webshop, email, news section, social media channels and intranet systems, often via AI solutions.
Entry requirements
* Minimum of 5 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics
* Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
* Enjoys working with people, persuading and performing to a professional level.
* Good attention to detail, ability to write copy, manipulate photo imagery or graphics.
* Photographic or video content experience desirable, but not essential.
* Demonstrable passion for design, online and offline marketing.
* Previous experience working in a sales/marketing team desirable, but not essential.
* Desirable - Experience of using content/project management platforms, social media admin systems, or Google Analytics.
Training to be provided
You will work towards a Level 3 AI Business Solutions Apprenticeship.
* This apprenticeship will cover:
* Devising digital productivity solutions
* Rolling out and supporting AI adoption
* Maximising the use of digital technologies
* Resolving digital issues using tools and technologies
* Becoming a digital champion
