The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resources and managing project schedules to assist the technical team with project deliverables. Effective execution is dependent on the Project Coordinator setting clear deadlines, overseeing tasks and assignments, and monitoring progress regularly so that potential challenges are identified and resolved before affecting key milestones. What will you do? Project work: Develop project plans to monitor and track progress Manage resource calendars and help allocate team members to tasks Perform risk management to minimize project risks Organising all project – related paperwork Assisting with core KPI’s of utilisation Supporting the Professional Services Senior Manager and the Senior Program Manager Team billing and review of timecards Project Management Office support: Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders Maintain comprehensive project documentation and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Create status reports to be shared with clients and internal teams Coordinate internal resources, vendors, third parties, and partners for the execution of projects to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
