Field Service Engineer – Gloucestershire
Location: Gloucestershire (Field-Based) | Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: £32,000 – £45,000 basic (dependent on experience, skills, and additional qualifications – not including overtime)

We’re searching for someone local to Gloucestershire to join our growing team, delivering servicing, repairs, and commissioning of pumps, booster sets, and pressurisation units across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on varied sites – from domestic setups to large commercial systems – while developing your skills with a business experiencing exciting growth.
💼 What You’ll Do:

Service, commission, and repair pumps and pressurised systems.
*
Carry out fault-finding, breakdown repairs, and on-site installations.
*
Record job details on a mobile device and keep customers informed.
*
Take part in a local on-call rota for 24/7 service cover (with standby pay).
*
Work closely with a supportive technical team and share your knowledge.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience with pumps, booster sets, or pressurisation units (servicing, repairs, or installation).
*
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to cover Gloucestershire and nearby areas.
*
Flexible, organised, and customer-focused.
*
Happy to take part in out-of-hours call-out rota.
