Job Profile:
As a Change & Configuration Manager within the IT Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of IT services through the application of ITIL principles and best practices. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to implement appropriate governance, control, communication, and reporting to support service delivery.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Oversee the end-to-end change process, analyzing technology changes with governance and risk management. Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for high-risk change discussions.
* Define and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring alignment with business needs. Facilitate CMDB audits to ensure accuracy.
* Develop continual service improvement roadmaps for Change & CMDB modules within the ITSM tool.
* Define team KPIs and objectives, review performance against these metrics, and provide management information to support service reviews.
* Lead and coach a team, managing performance, talent development, and HR processes.
* Develop Change & CMDB documentation and processes to ensure accurate information and efficient operations.
* Manage risks related to Change & CMDB modules within the ITSM tool.
* Contribute to the IT Service strategy, driving continuous improvement aligned with business objectives. Deputize for the Service & Operations Manager as needed.
