This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a respected organisation while managing a diverse and challenging caseload.THE ROLE: As an HR Adviser, you will:Manage your own portfolio of complex cases, including sickness absence, grievances, and capability issues.Provide specialist advice and support to line managers on all aspects of employee relations.Identify opportunities to design and deliver targeted training and guidance to managers on effective people management.Assist with Occupational Health processes, related meetings, and day-to-day employee queries.THE CANDIDATE:We are looking for someone who has:Proven experience handling a caseload of complex employee relations matters.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build effective relationships and deliver high-quality support to teams.A strong analytical approach combined with confident decision-making.A collaborative mindset, promoting trust and empowerment to enable quick, effective decisions.Familiarity with HR information systems (e.g., Oracle HR, Midland iTrent).
