The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns and strategies, along with day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.

The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop account strategy in partnership with the client and Paid Social Director, and be accountable for executing the strategy and achieving KPIs.
2. Ensure operational success of accounts, meeting deliverables on time and within budget.
3. Own and manage client strategy, planning key campaign efficiencies.
4. Manage all day-to-day efforts and serve as the primary SME voice to the client.
5. Plan accounts and identify growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Directors.
6. Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
* Proficiency in managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
* Deep understanding of paid social principles, best practices, and industry trends.
* Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
* Proven track record of successful paid social campaigns and meeting key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).
* Desired experience with marketing tools like Smartly.
