Senior Town Planner\n Location: London\n\nPenguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well established and growing planning consultancy in their search for a Senior Town Planner to join their London office.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Town Planner to take on a key role within a collaborative and ambitious team, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, mixed use and strategic development sectors.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for managing planning projects from inception through to determination, providing high quality planning advice to clients and supporting the wider planning team.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\nManaging and delivering planning applications and appeals of varying scale and complexity\n\nPreparing planning statements, appeals, site appraisals and policy representations\n\nLiaising with local planning authorities, consultees and key stakeholders\n\nProviding strategic planning advice to clients throughout the development process\n\nMentoring and supporting junior planners\n\nAssisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships\n\nAbout
