Our client is currently experiencing increased demand for their trade supply of windows and doors, and as a result, Are seeking a skilled and experienced Order Processor to join their team at their Corby office.
Responsibilities:
* Organise and control the effective processing of customer orders to the highest standard.
* Ensure accurate, efficient, and cost-effective processing of orders.
* Report on the efficiency and accuracy of order processing.
* Check orders through to the Technical Checker prior to acknowledgement.
* Respond quickly and efficiently to all customer inquiries.
* Assist the Administration Manager in checking and ordering non-standard items.
* Liaise effectively with the Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing departments.
* Ensure that all acknowledgements are sent out within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of a clean order.
* Ensure that production paperwork is available five working days before dispatch.
* Utilise systems such as First Degree Window Designer or similar for order processing.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficient in using order processing systems such as First Degree Window Designer or similar.
