This unique HR advisory role is open to HR professionals at any level, offering invaluable experience advising on a wide range of HR processes, procedures, and Employment Law for over 30,000 clients across various sectors. Role Responsibilities
1. Providing reliable, commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice over the phone to clients on all HR matters, from general to complex queries.
2. Participating in an excellent training programme and potentially gaining a part post-graduate qualification.
3. Supporting clients with quality advice in a productive manner via email or calls, depending on client preference.
4. Handling a variety of calls from clients regarding HR issues such as absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, etc.
5. Providing clients with supporting documentation to assist in implementing advice or solutions.
6. Using expert HR and employment law knowledge to develop clear, actionable answers for clients.
7. Reviewing client documentation and advising accordingly, considering internal terms and conditions.
8. Ensuring all advice requests are handled within the relevant service level agreements (SLAs).
Candidate Requirements
1. Good employment law knowledge, gained through studies or work experience.
2. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
3. Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven environment, ideally within a shared service centre, is highly desirable.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Organized self-starter with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
6. Excellent communication skills.
