This unique HR Advisory role is open to HR professionals at any level, offering invaluable experience advising on a wide range of HR processes and Employment Law for over 30,000 clients across various sectors. The People Manager will be responsible for providing reliable, commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice over the phone to clients on all HR matters, from general to complex queries. You will participate in excellent training programs and may have the opportunity to obtain a part post-graduate qualification.

The People Manager will also be responsible for:
* Supporting clients with quality advice in a productive manner to provide efficient, solution-based guidance via email or call, depending on client preference. This will predominantly involve call advice.
* Handling a variety of calls from clients with HR issues or queries, including absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, etc.
* Providing clients with supporting information/documentation to help implement the advice or solutions offered.
* Utilizing your HR and employment law expertise to develop clear, actionable advice for clients.
* Reviewing client documentation and providing tailored advice, considering their internal terms and conditions.
* Ensuring all advice requests are addressed within the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA).
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Good employment law knowledge, gained through studies or work experience.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent workplace experience is desirable.
* Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven environment, ideally in a shared service center, is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
* Being an organized self-starter.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
