Roles & Responsibilities
* Work closely with Account Managers to coordinate client activities and support ongoing projects
* Conduct client research and maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
* Monitor sales KPIs and generate regular CRM and performance reports
* Prepare quotations and proposals for clients
* Process documentation for internal teams including production and finance
* Produce monthly sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making
Skills & Experience
* Experience within a similar role, ideally within a sales environment
* Educated to degree level
* Experience engaging with clients in a proactive and professional manner
* Familiarity with CRM systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
