You will be out on the road in all weather, with automated technology to pre-plan routes and pre-load vans. Working patterns include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, with premiums that increase average hourly earnings.
All breaks are paid, and shifts vary. More information is provided below to help you understand what that might look like.
Responsibilities
* Deliver groceries to customers on time and in a courteous, professional manner.
* Operate with the aim of providing an outstanding customer experience.
* Follow pre-planned routes and use provided technology to manage deliveries efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with customers and team members as required.
* Adhere to safety and company policies during all shifts.
Requirements
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
* Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries.
* Good communication skills as this is a customer-facing role.
Pay, shifts and hours
This position is paid on a lunar schedule (paid every 4 weeks). Base pay and premiums may increase average hourly earnings to £13.90 per hour, with enhanced overtime opportunities.
* Basic hourly rate: £13.44
* Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
* Sunday Day Premium: £1.34
* Sunday Evening Premium: £2.58
* Overtime (Mon–Sat Day): £16.80
* Overtime (Mon–Sat Evening): £18.20
Shifts may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 00:00. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. A Safe Working Environment is provided, with a range of perks that you can tailor to your lifestyle.

Contract details
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
* Contracted days: Any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts
