Unlike the high-pressure environment of a main dealer, this role offers a diverse workload across a well-maintained fleet, focusing on quality of repair over "clock-watching." The Role As a Technician, you will be a key player in the workshop. Your day-to-day will involve: Complex Diagnostics: Using modern equipment to identify and rectify faults. Engine Repairs: Carrying out mid-to-heavy engine work and component replacements. MOT Preparation: Ensuring the fleet meets VOSA standards for first-time passes. Mentorship: Acting as a lead and supporting one Apprentice through their final year of training-helping to shape the future of the workshop. What's on Offer? Pay: A competitive £20.00 per hour.
