Teacher of Humanities ( FTE)

Start date: Mid-January 2026
Contract: Part-time maternity cover

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Humanities Teacher to join a high-performing comprehensive school from mid-January 2026. This FTE maternity cover role is suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced educators.

The Role

You will teach Humanities across Key Stages 3 and 4, contributing to a curriculum that encourages students to explore historical, geographical, social and cultural perspectives. You will work within a collaborative faculty that values well-designed lessons, strong subject knowledge and clear routines that support student success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
