As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
1. Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
2. Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
3. Ensure students remain on task and engaged
4. Support pupils’ learning in the absence of the regular teacher
5. Build positive relationships with students and school staff
Your experience as a Sports Coach makes you an excellent candidate — your behaviour management skills, leadership, confidence, and ability to engage young people are highly transferable to the classroom.
