Working closely with operational teams, you will ensure vehicles are managed efficiently, cost-effectively and in line with all legal obligations. Key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the administration of all fleet documentation and vehicle records using software systems * Managing insurance renewals, road tax, MOTs, servicing schedules and lease agreements * Working collaboratively with the Fleet Maintenance Assistant to schedule checks and resolve vehicle issues * Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date logs of all fleet‑related activity To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate: * Proven experience in fleet administration or a similar operational support role * Excellent organisational and time‑management skills * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to record‑keeping * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and fleet management software * A clear understanding of vehicle compliance requirements, including MOTs and road tax * The ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines It would be advantageous to have: * Experience in using fleet management software platforms * Familiarity with leasing arrangements and vehicle contracts * A working knowledge of health and safety requirements related to vehicle operations Morgan Jones is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
