PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £55,000 - £65,000 + London Weighting (£5,441) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Join BBC Studios' dynamic Gaming & Interactive team at the intersection of TV and games, where you'll lead the development of high-profile gaming projects based on beloved IPs like Bluey. As Senior Producer, you'll drive creative excellence across multiple concurrent titles, ensuring each game reflects our brand values and captivates global audiences.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
* Managing the full lifecycle of standalone game and brand integration projects, including creative development, production, marketing and live service.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of external development partners, acting as the key point of contact and project lead at BBCS for our partners.
* Act as a brand guardian with a deep understanding of the brand to ensure all projects meet brand guidelines, tone of voice and overall quality expectations.
* Coordinate and manage approvals and project updates with stakeholders of all levels, to ensure alignment and visibility.
* Proactively identify project risks early, creatively problem solve and then provide actionable solutions.
* Contribute to setting and executing the gaming strategy for key BBC Studios brands, including actively engaging with the greenlight process for new games.
Essential Criteria
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Extensive experience in game production, with existing experience in a senior or lead role, along with experience of managing full project lifecycles.
* Excellent communication skills are required to provide clear, concise and actionable feedback and direction. Along with the ability to manage the flow of information and facilitate collaboration across a wide range of lines of business.
* Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Deep knowledge of the video game industry, trends, and player needs, expectations and motivations.
* Experience working with major media brands or high-profile IP.
Desired But Not Required
* Strong organisational skills along with an ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take initiative.
* External production or licensing experience.
* Strong knowledge of marketing best practises.
* Understanding of IP licensing.
