Job Description:
Site engineers Adam McCormack and Keith McWilliams founded the civil engineering division of KAMM Group over 25 years ago.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor / Estimator(s) to join our team based at our Ringwood Office.
Office Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Summary: Carry out surveying and estimating for groundworks and civil engineering sub-contracts on new housing developments, reporting to the Commercial Manager / Director.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the point of contact for all commercial queries on a project.
* Ensure compliance with contractual responsibilities.
* Prepare, submit, and agree on contract tenders from inception to completion.
* Manage monthly payment applications.
* Handle project variations, claims, and design changes.
* Prepare project forecasts and cost plans.
* Process subcontractor payments.
* Adhere to company and departmental procedures and deadlines.
* Generate reports analyzing project profitability and progress.
* Collaborate with procurement and site management teams.
Essential Competence and Training:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in surveying or estimating UK residential groundworks projects.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Working knowledge of Bluebeam or similar construction software.
