With strong momentum and a rapidly expanding customer base, they're now hiring a hands-on, high-energy Sales Director to lead both direct sales and channel efforts.
📍 Hybrid role – 2 days per week in the office (ideal)

🔑 What You’ll Do
* Lead and grow the direct sales + channel organisation
* Act as a true player-coach — rolling up your sleeves and leading from the front
* Build repeatable sales processes and drive predictable revenue
* Support reps on deals, join customer calls, and close strategic opportunities
* Own channel strategy: recruit, enable, and accelerate partner performance
* Drive pipeline creation, accurate forecasting, and strong sales discipline
* Collaborate tightly with Marketing and Product to scale GTM impact
