YPWD is a dynamic and visionary charity committed to supporting those living with young onset dementia through meaningful and age-appropriate activity, social events, education and support groups. We are a team of dedicated individuals working to make a real difference in the lives of those living with young onset dementia. Our work wouldn't be possible without the invaluable contributions of our Trustees.
We are currently seeking three new Trustees to strengthen our board, with expertise in:
* Finance (Treasurer): to oversee budgeting, reporting and financial governance
* Information Technology (IT): to guide digital strategy, systems and security
* Health/NHS Professional: to advise on service development, clinical insight and health partnerships
We're looking for strategic thinkers with a passion for improving lives and who are ready to use their professional experience to support a vital local charity. Trustees are required to attend 6 board meetings per year, with occasional sub-committee meetings/strategy days.
