Customer Service Advisor - Stevenage role at The Ardonagh Group.
Responsibilities
* Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, with attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and a positive attitude.
* Efficiently manage high call volumes in a dynamic contact centre environment, meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and targets.
* Enjoy working in a team, provide support to colleagues, and contribute to achieving team goals and objectives while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
What we offer
* Start date: 17 November 2025.
* Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (one half-day back in the following week).
* No experience necessary as we will provide full training.
* Salary: £24,570 per annum plus a generous quarterly bonus, with potential total earnings up to £28,570 per year.
* 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy, with ongoing development opportunities in the Insurance industry.
