At OK COOL, we’re looking for a Senior Creative for Social with high-street fashion experience. Someone who’s skilled with creative direction, has a strong eye for fashion-forward visuals,trends, and knows exactly what makes people share on socials. If you’re chronically online, and know how to make fashion content that drives performance for brands, this could be your dream role.
About us: OK COOL is a strategic and creative agency built for social. We work with some of the biggest brands out there to create content that’s cool, connects with subcultures, and actually converts.
What you'll be doing:
* Concept and pitch TikTok-first and social-first ideas with a fast-fashion focus – from trends to original formats.
* Collaborate with content creators and production teams to bring your ideas to life in a nimble, creator-led way.
* Stay on top of culture, trends, and the ever-evolving social landscape – and apply that knowledge to your creative work.
* Translate brand goals and tone of voice into scroll-stopping, platform-native content.
* Work collaboratively with strategy and account teams to align on objectives and deliver impactful results.
* Guide and mentor junior creatives, helping to elevate the overall creative output.
* Collaborate with creative producers and oversee all aspects, from design to creator briefs, ensuring every detail aligns with OK COOL’s high standards.
* 5-6 years agency experience and have been in a senior conceptual creative or senior creative strategy role before.
* Strong high-street fashion or retail background.
* Experience generating short-form social content.
* Experience in ideating and producing Instagram and TikTok content.
* Strong eye for art-direction and visual curation
* Can show examples of high-performing social content.
* An excellent understanding of the social media industry and platforms.
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with an understanding of tone, brevity, and platform nuances.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment – you thrive on quick turnarounds and love reacting in real time to what’s happening online.
* Collaborative mindset – you’re great in a team, open to feedback, and love building on ideas with others.
