We're looking for a Vending Administration Manager to join our dynamic team within ESS, overseeing the delivery of vending and detainee feeding services across the MPS estate. You'll play a critical role in managing our third-party sub-contractors, maintaining service excellence, and driving commercial performance. What You'll Be Doing Lead the day-to-day operations of vending, hospitality, and detainee feeding through external suppliers. Manage all commercial reporting: weekly flash figures, monthly financials, and client-facing performance packs. Oversee the vending estate-including stock range, machine performance, technical support, and innovation. Monitor supplier contracts and hold regular performance reviews to ensure KPIs are met. Respond to client feedback Stay ahead of the curve by attending monthly innovation meetings and analysing market trends to keep our contract best-in-class. Ensure strict compliance with all health & safety and audit protocols. What We're Looking For Essential: Strong background in retail or Vending management -especially in catering or food services. Previous hands-on experience in catering operations. A proactive, self-starting approach to work. Desirable: Working knowledge of SAP, EPOS, and Microsoft Office systems.
