Key Responsibilities
* Lead operations, drive performance, hit goals, and set a positive team culture.
* Build and motivate a strong team, train, coach, and hold high standards.
* Maintain operational efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance, especially under pressure.
* Manage admin tasks such as rosters, stock control, and reporting to keep behind‑the‑scenes running smoothly.
* Deliver an unforgettable guest experience, turning first‑timers into regulars by creating memorable moments.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong leadership with the ability to bring out the best in people.
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and the capacity to handle tough conversations.
* Proven track record of keeping operations efficient, clean, and compliant even during peak periods.
Pay rate
£38,000 - £42,000 per year (quarterly).
