We are looking for experienced engineers for multi role this is not a trainee position, must have a minimum off 5 years experience in multi brand repairs to domestic appliances This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of household appliances to ensure customer satisfaction and product longevity. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dishwashers. Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on appliances to prevent future breakdowns. Provide timely and professional customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly. Document all service and repair activities accurately for company records and customer reference. Stay updated with the latest appliance technologies, repair techniques, and industry standards. Manage parts inventory and order replacements as needed to ensure efficient repair workflows. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during repair and service operations. Requirements Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or in a similar technical role. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in household appliances. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to customer locations. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet customer demands.
