This full-time, permanent role reports directly to the SVP of Global Sales. You will work remotely (UK-based), with occasional travel to clients, events and our Nottingham HQ.If you’re ready to lead Arum’s growth in the Energy, Water and Telco sectors, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for the Energy, Water and Telco verticalsBuild and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed annual sales targetsHold C-suite level meetings and discovery sessions, turning pain points into value-led propositionsLead the design of tailored solutions and oversee proposal development through to contract signatureNegotiate terms that maximise value and manage commercial riskKeep accurate pipeline and forecasting data in HubSpotAct as the main contact between prospects and Arum’s delivery teams, ensuring smooth handoversRepresent Arum at events and contribute to market-facing campaigns with our marketing teamFollow all compliance standards including ISO and GDPR requirementsShare insights and feedback to inform future product and strategy planningOther assigned duties.The CompanyOur purpose is to help organisations deliver better debt outcomes.
