The Role
As a Service Advisor, youll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing a welcoming first impression
* Booking appointments, managing diaries, and organising the daily schedule
* Handling phone calls, email enquiries, and customer queries
* Preparing job cards and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
* Communicating with technicians and updating customers on progress
* Taking payments and issuing invoices
* Maintaining a tidy, well-presented reception area
* Supporting the smooth running of the garage with general administrative tasks
Youll deliver excellent customer care while helping maintain an efficient and professional front-of-house service.
What Were Looking For
Youll need:
* Previous experience in a customer service or advisor role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational ability and attention to detail
* Confidence using computer systems and booking software
* A positive attitude and professional manner
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
