Your role: As the successful Logistics Planner / Logistics Coordinator, you will report to the Operations Supervisor, supporting the smooth day-to-day management of our customers’ contracts and ensuring that collection and delivery expectations are met accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities: Manage and update bookings, ensuring all key personnel are informed of any changes. Coordinate with Asset and Charter contacts to deliver optimal service. Assist with activities such as customs clearance and standkit transitions. Gather and compile information for weekly and monthly KPIs, reporting findings to the line manager. Collaborate with P&OFM staff at other sites to enhance customer efficiency. Maintain daily professional communication with customer personnel.
