Make an Impact at RSM UK

The RSM Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is responsible for hiring approximately 750 students annually onto our graduate, school leaver and placement programmes. In addition, we offer a variety of work experiences such as work shadowing and internships. The Early Careers Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the firm is attracting and selecting high quality, diverse candidates in line with our ‘Grow our Own’ initiative. Our goal is to provide a seamless efficient experience to both candidates applying for our programmes and our internal stakeholders at every stage of the recruitment journey.

Location options

* Birmingham
* Glasgow
* Edinburgh
* Manchester

You’ll be required to travel to other national RSM offices and attend external events (including occasional evening events) as part of this role throughout the year.

You’ll make an impact by:

* Delivering the end‑to‑end early careers recruitment process for one of our service lines nationally, including forecasting, high volume candidate pipeline management, planning and facilitating virtual assessment centres, final stage interviews, lead assessor debriefs and managing the offer process.
* Proactively leading a small team, made up of TA Specialist(s) and/or Coordinator(s) to ensure an efficient high‑quality service is delivered to both applicants and stakeholders.
* Effective and accurate management of candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment process to ensure vacancies are filled promptly, reporting to the Early Careers Management team and other stakeholders as required.
* Partnering effectively with service line stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide them with timely updates on the status of their early careers hiring and the support you require from them throughout the recruitment campaign.
* Proactively identifying struggling pipelines and liaising with the Early Careers Attraction & Outreach team to agree priorities and strategic attraction activities, involving hiring managers and partners as required and attending events to support and actively promote our employer brand.

What we are looking for:

* Proven experience within a high‑volume early careers recruitment role.
* Ideally experience of working within a professional services or partnership environment.
* Up to date knowledge and understanding of the ever‑changing early careers market.
* Strong data management and reporting skills.
* Experience of managing a small team, coaching and supporting team members with professional development.
* You must be an adept communicator with the ability to engage and develop strong working relationships with a diverse audience – both internally and externally.

What we can offer you:

* Hybrid and Flexible working.
* 26 Days Holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days).
* Lifestyle, Health, and Wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP.
* Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our in‑house Talent Development team.
