We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Intermediate Care Worker in our fully integrated health and social care Intermediate care service at the Bellfield Centre. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and person-centred worker who can demonstrate strong values and a desire to work in partnership to improve outcomes for people using the service.
The Bellfield Centre is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Supply Intermediate Care Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has experience as a Social Care Assistant and is passionate about making a real difference to people using our fully integrated health and social care Intermediate care service at the Bellfield Centre.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and person-centred worker who can demonstrate strong values and a desire to work in partnership to improve outcomes for people using the service. You must have experience of providing professional care and support to older people and have knowledge and understanding of Intermediate care. You must have good organisational and communication skills and be committed to teamwork.
Completion of SVQ Level 3 in Social Care is essential for the post.
This post is a supply/relief post with no set hours to provide essential cover for sickness and annual leave; therefore, a flexible approach to working is essential.
