Job Title: Audiology Outbound Customer Sales Advisor
Location: South Marston, Swindon
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £23,874.92 per annum pro rata + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week – Requirement to work weekends on rota basis

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated individual who is committed to helping people with their hearing needs. This role involves making outbound calls to new and existing customers to maximise booking opportunities, and occasionally handling inbound calls. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a genuine desire to assist others. Success requires enthusiasm, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment. This position combines proactive outreach to potential customers with exceptional service and support for inbound enquiries.
Principal Accountabilities
Outbound Sales:
* Multi-faceted outbound campaigns covering OutsideClinic existing and any future products
* Engage with new leads to initiate conversations, focusing on obtaining qualified private hearing tests, while identifying upselling opportunities where appropriate
* Calling customers to follow up on quotes left for OutsideClinic products
* Calling customers who are due a hearing test or follow up appointments
* Responsible for implementation of a range of ad-hoc campaigns
* Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
* Consistently achieve and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system
* Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Inbound Customer Support:
* Handle incoming calls from customers with a proactive approach to understanding their requirements
* Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and encouraging positive Trustpilot reviews
* Provide professional and courteous service to both new and existing customers via telephone and email
* Identify opportunities for lead generation during customer interactions
* Perform occasional administrative tasks as required
About You
You will have:
* Previous experience in a customer-focused or office-based role
* Confident in making outbound calls, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence others effectively
* Proficiency in basic IT systems, including customer databases, email, and Microsoft Office applications
* A proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive and resilient approach, with the ability to handle rejection professionally
* Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable
In addition to the principal accountabilities listed above, you may be required to undertake other duties from time to time, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, NHS guidelines, and current legislation at all times.
