Full Stack Software Engineer (LLMs, Full-Stack, TypeScript/Python)
Remote (UK-based) | £60,000–£90,000 + Equity
Join a fast-growing, VC backed AI startup (Series A, £20M raised) as it builds a brand-new, high-impact engineering team. With strong early revenue and commercial traction, we’re creating a dedicated Team for the business. An R&D-style group focused on rapid prototyping, creative problem solving, and pushing the boundaries of next-gen AI products.
We’re now looking for a Full Stack Engineer who’s excited to move fast, build ambitiously, and help shape the future of AI agents in the real world.
What You’ll Do
Build Across the Stack
Develop and ship features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python. You'll bring new ideas to life fast—designing, testing, and deploying tools that users love
Prototype Quickly & Iterate Fast
This isn’t a long roadmap environment. You'll explore ideas, write code, and ship it often within days, not weeks.
Work with LLMs
Use tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and other emerging frameworks to build natural language interfaces. Direct LLM experience is a bonus, but curiosity and self-motivation in this space are even more important.
Thrive in Ambiguity
You'll work in a fast-moving, low-process environment where taking initiative and navigating unknowns is part of the fun.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in full-stack engineering
* Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python
* Experience (or strong interest) in LLMs, AI agents, or NLP
* Side projects, open-source contributions, or personal AI experiments are a big plus
* Startup experience or comfort in fast-paced environments
* A passion for building whether it’s features, tools, or quick demos
* Great communication skills, especially in a remote-first setup
* No formal education requirements just show us you care deeply about your craft
