Band 5 Treatment Room Nurse Location – Forres Health and Care Centre Part time – 15 hours/week We have an opportunity for a qualified band 5 Staff Nurse to join our small and friendly team in Forres as a Treatment Room Nurse. The hours will be worked between the days of Mon – Fri 8-6 with no requirement to do weekend work or night shift Community and Treatment Room Service (CTAC) staff will work as integral members of practice clinical teams, working with GPs, practice staff and community teams as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, utilising their skills to complement those of other team members to support GP practices in providing the best care for our patients. The CTAC staff will work with the entire nurse team (both community and practice) to form a cohesive single nurse team to provide primary care to the patient group. The successful applicant will work within the GP practice, but may have to work with the wider multi-disciplinary team. You should possess sound clinical knowledge and be able to demonstrate a wide range of clinical skills, including the ability to offer interventions, advice and delivery of safe and effective care across Moray. You should have good interpersonal skills and a commitment to joint working, while demonstrating a commitment to continuing professional development, be highly organised and have good IT skills. However, training and development opportunities will be available to the right candidate. A full UK driving licence is required.
