Civil Litigation Lawyer
Salary: up to GBP 40,000 (DOE). Hybrid work: remote 2 days a week.

* You will report to the Contracts Team Leader.
* You will manage a caseload of consumer contracts, professional negligence cases, and inheritance matters.
* You will deliver clear, accurate legal advice to help clients understand their options and potential outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Handle a workload of civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on professional negligence or inheritance claims.
* Provide written and oral legal advice to clients.
* Prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Collaborate with the Contracts Team to support case strategy and execution.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive in civil litigation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
* Experience preferred in professional negligence or inheritance claims.
