Location: Loughborough, East Midlands
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A long-established asbestos consultancy with over 30 years in the industry is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Analyst to support a strong and consistent workload across the East Midlands.
The business has built its reputation on technical standards, long-term client relationships, and properly supporting its site teams. This is a stable role with strong earning potential and realistic expectations.

* £30,000 - £36,000 base salary
* Overtime typically worth £3,900 - £5,760 per year
* Paid travel time outside the standard 40-hour week
(typically adding £3,000 - £4,000 annually)

The Role
* Undertaking the full range of asbestos analytical duties
* Air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances
* Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites
* Supporting survey teams with Management and Refurbishment & Demolition surveys when required
* Completing bulk sampling where necessary
* Producing clear, accurate, and compliant documentation
* Working in line with HSG248 and HSG264 at all times
* Acting xjlbheb as a professional point of contact on site
Requirements
* BOHS P403 & P404 (essential)
* BOHS P402 preferred
* Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as an Asbestos Analyst
* Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264
* Confident communicator with strong report-writing ability
* Full UK driving licence
