This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving and respected clinic as Practice / Business Manager, responsible for the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.
About the Role As Practice / Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the non-clinical aspects of the practice.
You will oversee HR, payroll, and supplier relationships, ensuring the practice operates with structure, efficiency, and professionalism.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the practice, ensuring a seamless patient and staff experience Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with employment legislation Maintain and develop supplier relationships to support practice needs Implement structured systems and processes to support operational excellence Work closely with the clinical team to uphold the practices high standards Candidate Profile Proven experience in operational management, ideally within healthcare or a similar service-led environment Strong background in HR, payroll, and supplier management Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience within the dental sector is desirable but not essential This is an outstanding opportunity for a capable and driven manager to join a prosperous and well-regarded practice.
