Project Manager (Industrial/Warehouse Experience) Northampton (Milton Keynes office plus site visits in East Midlands area, local work) Up to £60,000 plus Car Allowance (DOE) + Hybrid + 22-24 days holiday + BH + Company Benefits + Qualification Funding +Recognition Rewards + Autonomy +Flexibility I am recruiting on behalf of a successful SME with around 50 employees who are looking for an experienced Project Manager with an industrial or warehouse background. This business has grown steadily over the years and is well regarded for delivering high quality projects across mechanical, electrical, renewables, and warehouse/racking solutions. They have a clear Net Zero roadmap in place and are passionate about delivering projects responsibly while supporting both their clients and the wider community. You will be given the autonomy to deliver projects without micromanagement while still having the full support of a close knit and forward-thinking team. The role offers an excellent work life balance, with standard hours of 7am to 3pm (dependent on site visits), as well as a car allowance and a competitive salary package. Role: Deliver industrial and warehouse projects from inception through to completion Take responsibility for project planning, scheduling, budgets, and risk management Oversee financial elements of projects including cost control, forecasting, valuations, and contract administration Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery Report to senior management while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day delivery Ensure projects align with the company's sustainability commitments and Net Zero goals Uphold the highest standards of health and safety across all projects Person: Have even if little industrial or warehouse project management experience Have commercial and financial experience, including cost management, forecasting, and contract administration Be flexible with travel to local sites within the East Midlands area Hold relevant qualifications in project management or construction (desirable) Seniority level
