Food Service Manager
We’re looking for a confident and driven Food Service Manager to lead a high‑profile staff dining operation at a flagship London location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up into a larger, fast‑paced environment with significant responsibility and visibility.
In this role, you’ll oversee a dynamic food service operation that includes retail‑style dining, vending services, and two on‑site coffee bars, catering to a high volume of daily customers. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, and delivering a consistently high standard of service across all areas.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a busy, high‑footfall food service environment
* Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team
* Overseeing retail dining, vending operations, and two coffee bars
* Driving standards in service, food quality, and customer experience
* Managing performance, rotas, and day‑to‑day operational challenges
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a fast‑paced food service or hospitality environment
* Confidence in managing people and large‑scale operations
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to adapt quickly
* Someone ready to take the next step into a larger contract and environment
