Path2 Solutions are seeking Customer Service Advisors for their client’s market-leading delivery company at their hub based in Sunderland.
As a customer service advisor daily responsibilities will include handling inbound customer calls and complaints efficiently, liaising with customers via telephone and email, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, accurately inputting customer details into our system and adhering to standards set out in company handbook.
