The Job:
Act as the go-to contact for office and facilities support, including IT requests and maintenance.Provide responsive support to Submarine employees and help onboard new starters.Maintain records and budgets using management systems.Support health, safety and environmental compliance in collaboration with SHE advisors.Manage visitor access, shared inboxes, and coordinate with regional offices when required.Deliver on-the-job training for new team members and promote a cost-effective approach to office management
