Position
Band 3 Administrative Assistant – Clinical Education and Training Team, NHS Lothian. This part‑time post supports education governance in NHS Lothian for Nursing and Midwifery by maintaining training records and providing support to staff using our services. Salary will be pro‑rata.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work autonomously and self‑directed within the parameters set for the post, prioritising workload and ensuring delivery of an effective and efficient service.
* Evidence of administrative role experience.
* Experience with eESS and Excel would be beneficial.
Qualifications
Relevant administrative experience and competency in eESS and Excel.
