This role needs relocation to the Cayman Islands.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa’s front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
2. Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing information about services, availability, and pricing.
3. Schedule and confirm appointments for guests, ensuring accurate booking details and avoiding conflicts.
4. Maintain and update client records in the spa’s management system.
5. Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
6. Provide clients with information about spa services, promotions, and products.
7. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
8. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
9. Support the spa team with administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and ensuring staff schedules are up-to-date.
10. Ensure all guests are checked in and out in a timely manner.
11. Keep up-to-date with spa services and treatments to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (spa or hospitality experience is a plus).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficient in basic office software (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.).
5. Professional appearance and demeanor.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
7. Basic knowledge of spa treatments and services is an advantage.
8. Friendly, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with spa booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Booker, or similar systems).
