Role and Responsibilities
1. Develop strategies to elevate and build our brand identity, managing brand positioning and driving brand awareness.
2. Drive engagement strategies to build brand loyalty.
3. Define and deliver brand strategies to support the development of our brand identity in line with overall business strategy and objectives.
4. Identify opportunities to build customer loyalty and drive growth.
5. Plan and execute brand campaigns and collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create content for social platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
6. Stay updated with market and consumer trends to continually review Nobl’s brand positioning within the market.
7. Maintain knowledge of new and emerging marketing technologies and approaches, and adapt/implement as necessary.
8. Oversee brand communication strategies, ensuring all messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.
9. Establish and maintain brand guidelines.
10. Develop a clear understanding of customer profiles to tailor activities to their needs.
11. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and experience.
12. Manage budgets effectively.
13. Collaborate with third-party agencies to produce creative content for paid advertising.
Skills and Experience
* Relevant experience in Brand or Marketing Management roles within fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
* Experience using data and insights to develop successful growth campaigns.
* Strong understanding of what makes a brand successful on social media.
* Proven impact and growth on social media channels in previous roles.
* Highly creative with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Location: Idyllic Countryside Head Office in Widford, Hertfordshire.
