We’re looking for a passionate Social & Content Manager to join our fast-growing agency. This role is based three days per week at our office in leafy Richmond, west London, and from home on Mondays and Fridays.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Social and agency co-founders, this is an integral role within the social team. You’ll be responsible for a group of key clients, developing creative strategies and clever content to keep them fresh, relevant and engaging. Our client roster is diverse and global, spanning F&B, fashion, music, and luxury travel.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the day-to-day running of your client accounts
* Developing strategic content plans that deliver results, working with our creative team to create resonant assets
* Ideating and creating concepts and content to the OOB and client standard
* Stepping into each brand's shoes to craft compelling copy, from community responses to creative content writing
* Delivering planned content to clients for feedback and approval
* Regularly reporting on content and campaign successes
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years in a similar role (agency experience a must)
* Expert understanding of the social media landscape and key platforms
* Strong visual skills and understanding of content creation, proficiency with Canva and CapCut (or similar)
* Solid experience in creating short-form content
* Experience with working in/for women's health brands is a big bonus
* Confidence in client-facing situations
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Salary is competitively benchmarked between £30,000 - £35,000 per year (DOE). Benefits include:
* Generous holiday allowance - 28 days plus two weeks around Christmas/New Year
* Hybrid working: home (Mondays and Fridays) and office (Tuesdays - Thursdays)
