As an After School Play Worker, you'll work directly with children, young people, and their families, offering tailored support in a safe and engaging environment. * Working closely with your team and team leader to create a welcoming, inclusive space that children love coming to.

* Meeting the individual needs of each child-social, emotional, physical, or communication-based-with sensitivity and respect for their background and identity.

* Keeping open communication with your team and reporting any changes or concerns about the children you support.
