Qualified Social Worker (Fostering)
Pay: Up-to £38.00 per hour (Umbrella)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a fostering team based in Dorset.
You’ll be involved in:
• Kinship assessments (Reg 24/Fostering/Special Guardianship)
• Supported Lodgings assessment & support
• Delivering the Mockingbird model

Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS for Children’s & Adults
• Right to work in the UK
• Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualified UK experience
• Driving licence & access to a vehicle
• Strong fostering recruitment & assessment experience, including Form F assessments & presenting to panel
• In-depth knowledge of the Children Act 1989, Care Planning Regulations 2010, Fostering Regulations 2011, and related legislation & standards
• Ability to apply relevant practice models, theoretical frameworks, and research
